First one never made it. you sent me a second bracelet and I have still not received it as well. Was supposed to be here toiday. UPS tracking is not showing it out for delivery. This has been a terrable experience. I did not get a refund for the overnight shipping I paid for but did not receive. I run a company that shippes several packages a day. I ship orders the day I recieve them. Waiting for the bracelet and my expideted shipping cost! Not happy at all
