My bracelet is beautiful and just what I hoped it would be. After a little over a month the clasp no longer worked and my bracelet fell off when I was shopping. I text about the issue and was sent a return label. I received a replacement very quickly. Couldn’t be happier with the service!!

I love this bracelet! The style is stunning and looks amazing. But even more meaningful, this company offers GREAT customer service. I ordered a size that felt too big for my wrist, but when I went to exchange it for the correct size, the bracelet I wanted to exchange was out of stock. So I sent an email asking if they would be receiving more stock before the return window closed. Their response was prompt and affirmed more would be received soon. So when I looked again, I was able to order my replacement. So after receiving my return, they promptly replaced it with the new correct size. I would recommend this company not only for their incredible jewelry, but also for their wonderful customer service. I will be undoubtedly be purchasing more items in the future.
