I really started to like this necklace. I purchased it about 8 months ago. Now I can no longer wear it because the spring failed that causes the clasp lock. See photo. Not sure how I will get this fixed. (See photo). Really nice looking, but mine is broke and I can no longer enjoy it. I would seriously consider avoiding the RC necklace. With the clasp spring enclosed, there is nothing that I can do. I will try to find a way to contact Ryan Christian Customer service. Maybe they will help, if I can find them. I will keep you posted but for now. It is a thumbs down on quality.

This necklace is just beautifully designed, well crafted and exactly what I was looking for. It pairs very well with my existing bracelet I wear daily. I would definitely purchase more items in the future.
